We are all being challenged during these difficult times, I have heard a number of people say we are all in the same boat, but I'm sure a lot of you will agree that we are in very different boats, but its the same storm we are facing worldwide. Some of us are alone in our boat and some have company, this can make a huge difference to how we deal with our daily journey. Some of us crave a quiet place to think and be alone and others long for company and human contact. So we are definitely not in the same boat, but its important that we feel safe and can share our experience. We all have very different ways of coping and still have a long journey ahead so please keep talking and sharing....its even more important now for our health and wellbeing...
